Healthy Ireland 5K Kildare – a great success!

600 participants completed the ‘Couch to 5k’ event in Naas on Sunday 16th March. This event was the centrepiece of the Healthy Ireland Kildare Active Communities Programme, a multi-agency initiative to increase involvement in sports and physical activity. Well done everyone!
