County Kildare LEADER Partnership have announced their time limited call for expressions of interest in LEADER funding for the development of Renewable Energy projects. A total fund of €180,000 is available for a variety of project types for capital works, equipment, market research and bespoke training.
Examples of projects might include:
– Raising awareness on renewable energy and environmental issues
– Feasibility studies on green technologies
– Capacity building on the installation and use of renewable energy technologies
– Energy generation such as biomass heating, solar power, community wind farms and community-based heating systems.
The deadline for Expressions of Interest is 22nd October 2018.
