Kildare LCDC signed a contract with County Kildare LEADER Partnership on 18th December 2017 to roll out the new Social Inclusion Community Activation Programme (SICAP) from 2018 to 2022 in Kildare.
SICAP is a national social inclusion programme focused on the most marginalised in Irish society. It aims to tackle poverty and social exclusion through community development approaches, local engagement and partnership between disadvantaged individuals, community organisations and public sector agencies.
