‘LEADER Funded Free Social Enterprise Programme for Kildare-based social entrepreneurs and community groups runs from May – Nov 2018 at CKLP offices Naas’

County Kildare Leader Partnership are inviting Kildare-based social entrepreneurs and community groups to take part in the LEADER Funded Kildare Social Enterprise Programme to help develop Social Enterprise in the county.

The Free Programme will be run by Clann Credo, Ireland’s leading provider of Community Loan Finance and its sister company, the Irish Social Finance Centre. The Programme is designed to provide participants with a wide range of skills necessary to set up and operate a social enterprise, including business planning, finance and funding, marketing and communications as well as measuring social impact. It will run from May 2018 to November 2018 (with a break for the summer in August) mainly in the evenings and on Saturdays and will be held in CKLP’s training rooms in Naas.

Information evenings about the programme will be held as follows:

  • Tuesday 10th April at 7.00pm in CKLP’s Office in Jigginstown Commercial Centre, Naas and
  • Wednesday 18th April at 7.00pm in the Clonard Court Hotel, Athy.

The closing date for applications is Tuesday 24th April 2018.
